Privacy Notice

How Acadron handles personal data in connection with this website.

Overview

We keep data collection to a minimum. This website has no contact form, no user accounts, and does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. All website files are served from our own hosting.

Who to contact

This website is operated by Acadron. For any question about this notice or your personal data, write to info@acadron.com.

What we process

When you email us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if included, and anything you choose to share in your message. Please do not send sensitive personal data.

When you visit the website. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request in server logs. These logs are needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Why we use it

We use your email only to read and reply to your enquiry and to continue any conversation you start with us. Server logs are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Both are based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website, and, where a business relationship follows, on taking steps towards a contract.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists.

Who receives it

Our website and email are hosted by an external hosting provider that processes this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country. Apart from that, we only share personal data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as long as the law requires us to. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may have the right to learn whether we process your personal data, to access, correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to info@acadron.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we add new features that involve personal data, such as a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
